Trousdale Estates is a residential neighborhood in north Beverly Hills known for its views and lush landscaping. Originally part of the Doheny Estate, it stretches into the hills and enjoys great privacy. Bordered by Sunset Boulevard, Coldwater Canyon, and West Hollywood, Trousdale has a high concentration of houses designed by notable architects.
